6. Partner Restaurants & Liability
● Food quality, preparation, and compliance with health regulations are the responsibility of the partner restaurant.
● Rasas Catering Ekspress assumes responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of orders once collected.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform (logos, designs, text, graphics, and technology) is owned by Rasas Catering Ekspress or licensed to us. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute content without prior written consent.
